*EXCLUSIVE*: Every Sakana Series handle is different as a result of our unique manufacturing process: no two handles will ever have the same colour or pattern! Learn more

The Sakana 8-inch Chef Knife, while more traditional in its blade shape compared to the distinctly formed blade of its Japanese inspired brother, the Sakana Kiritsuke, is still a stunning piece of art and function. A standout in our collection, this western inspired chef knife is suited for all kinds of tasks in the kitchen, from chopping to slicing to filleting.

Each blade within the Sakana Series is meticulously crafted from 33 layers of stainless steel, intricately folded and uniquely forged around a VG-10 steel core. The outcome is a blade boasting an impressive total of 67 layers of metal, ensuring exceptional strength and resilience.

In addition to these distinctions, each handle in the Sakana Series is entirely one-of-a-kind. A unique colorization process ensures that every handle will feature a completely distinct color and pattern.
